Ginger Hill UUC is a liberal religious community that draws spiritual enrichment from many different faiths and traditions. We are a lay-led congregation and as such our members and friends volunteer to lead our Sunday services. We also invite special guest speakers to lead services on spiritual or justice-related topics of interest.
Founded in 2003, Ginger Hill UUC is a growing congregation that welcomes visitors from the public every Sunday at 11:00 am. We have no particular dress code expectations—just come open-minded and comfortable!
We are involved in our community, gathering food donations for the local food pantry, participating in a monthly interfaith community dinner and supporting several liberal social justice campaigns.
One of the main principles of Unitarian Universalism involves “the use of the democratic process within our congregations.” Here at Ginger Hill UUC, we have an annually-elected Board of Trustees. We also hold congregational meetings, giving members and friends the opportunity to provide input and receive information throughout the year.
